Description

We will go to a typical Neapolitan restaurant. The restaurant will give us all the ingredients to make the homemade pasta. After an introduction to the typical products, every one of you will have his own place to make the dough.  After you wll try our local product from Napoli and We have to wait the dough becomes soft.

When the dough is ready, we will roll it out and cut it to obtain the desired shape. We will make tagliatelle , ravioli, taglioline exc.

Finally we will cook the fresh pasta in the kichen with a nice sauce. All accompanied by a great drink and a coffee. Thanks to this experience you will discover the secrets of this ancient recipe that only a few know. You will make a unique professional and fun experience like an ancient Neapolitan grandmother.
